The Annual Conference of 2017 of the State Key Laboratory of Atmospheric Boundary Layer Physics and Atmospheric Chemistry (LAPC) was held from December 2 to December 4, 2017 in Beijing. The meeting drew significant participation from LAPC faculty as well as the students and researchers from over 20 academic institutions in China. About 200 people attended the conference.

The main topics of this conference were atmospheric boundary layer physics and detection, atmospheric chemistry and environment, carbon and nitrogen cycles and soil-gas system exchange, especially for heavy air pollution. Oral reports covered the progress of innovative research and hot spots in above related fields. It had three parallel sessions on December 4 for three main topics.
