Thai HAII (Hydro and Agro Informatics Institute, the Ministry of Science and Technology) delegation visited IAP on March. 14-15th, both sides would like to develop future scientific research cooperation. IAP director, Prof. Wang Huijun hosted the meeting and made a brief introduction on IAP’s history and research status; and HAII director Dr. Royol Chitradon introduced HAII’s current research focus and development. They had a discussion on future scientific research cooperation and proposed a two year working plan; the plan will be focus on joint research, experts exchange and students education. HAII and IAP will cooperate and make development in the field of climate change application, pollution and weather modeling and weather forecast. HAII delegation visited IAP International Center for Climate and Environment Sciences (ICCES), Information Center and State Key Laboratory of Atmospheric Boundary Layer Physics and Atmospheric Chemistry (LAPC) and had happy communication with IAP scientists.
