New studies on the link between Arctic sea ice and the Eurasian climate spring up in recent years have been reviewed. This paper summarized the available literature with a special focus on the impact of Arctic sea ice on the Eurasian climate, such as the Arctic Oscillation/North Atlantic Oscillation, the recent Eurasian cooling, winter atmospheric circulation, summer precipitation in East Asia, spring snowfall over Eurasia, East Asian winter monsoon, and midlatitude extreme weather.
